Mark Usmiani was born and raised in New Jersey. From an early age he was drawn to the arts, and his natural talent allowed him to pursue a career in illustration. Mark attended college at Rhode Island School of Design where he was able to delve deeper into his own talent as well as learn more about the field he loves so much. Mark is perhaps best known for his vector illustrations with heavy focuses on shape and color. His vivid, saturated illustrations draw inspiration from old school video games and cartoons. Most of his work is created in repetition; exploring a single palette or idea.
